Leftover Roast or Lamb
Leftover roast beef or lamb from last night's dinner is the PERFECT protein packed lunch item. Kids love the taste, and you can serve these meats hot or cold with dips such as mustard or horseradish (if they like that!)
- Cut into bite sized pieces and put them in a salad (with the dressing on the side)
- Cut roast beef into small pieces and add some noodles and asian style dressing for a great dish hot or cold
- Place slices of roast beef or lamb in a bento style lunch box with Clancy's coleslaw, rice and salad for a complete filling meal.
- Cut meat into strips, serve with dressing, carrot sticks, raw tomatoes and cubes of cheese

BBQ Beef or Lamb Steaks
Cook and extra 2 steaks and keep them for lunches the next day!
- Thinly slice the steak and add grated cheese, carrot, cucumber and shredded lettuce with tzatziki (Clancy's carries the BEST Tzatziki!) to a pita to make a delicious lunch!
- Pack sliced meat, veggies, lettuce and dressing separately so that the kids can combine them themselves for a salad, or eat separately.
Meat Balls/Burgers
- Cut a hoagie roll in half and spoon a little of the bread out of the centre of the roll. Cut last night's meat balls in half and spoon them into the sandwich vessels and wrap securely with plastic wrap. A homemade meatball sub!
- Make an extra burger or two - these make terrific snacks or lunches!
